This stuff is AWESOME!!!! My sis and I just had a taste with our friend...see for yourself the after-face!

Healthy Living

I have been trying different ways to live healthier. I have seen how my sister takes this stuff so seriously and puts so much time and effort into feeding her family foods that help out in so many different areas. I have learned that our diet effects so much of our health. I had no idea most of our health depended on the foods I eat! Not only do the things we eat and drink effect our health but even different things that we put on our body like lotions, chapstick, bug-spray, sun screen and much more. I am so fortunate to have my big sis (Ashley Benson) to inform me on all this stuff. She is just full of knowledge. It has taken her years of research and trying different things. I am just starting out and am already so happy with the results and benefits of taking the time to learn and care about my health and my daughters health. I have made this a way of life and make a hobbie out of experimenting different things. This blog is here for anyone who can benefit from it. I will continue learning forever and am always open to new ideas so please comment with your ideas!!
