While supplements are sooo neccessary, you have to be very picky where you get yours!!!! This is what Dr. Oz found out about Omega 3's. YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS!!
Advocare is a fantastic company! I take Omega Plex and do not have to worry about it rotting! Ewww!
